Skip de Reha Quarter horse, 15 year's

This was Skip when I bought him. I was riding him 3 times a week without any problem's. But as he got sold we had to move to another, very good barn. Skip is not used to take care, he was only on huge pasture's with "nibble-gras". I got sick, too, vet bill's, farrier, trainings payment bc I cannot move,..
I wanted to start a NGO to save foul's but now I fear I have to ask for help the first time in my life-Sorry 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
