Prince William County Police hold person at gunpoint before arresting them next to the Aldi on Smoketown Road in Woodbridge, Virginia.

Per scanner traffic, a person called to report three black males arriving in a car acting suspicious and possibly committing thefts in the area. All three were caught, and the one taken into custody in this video was armed with a gun concealed. Suspects also had outstanding warrants. The car the suspects arrived in was stolen this morning.
