The book of Romans explains why evil forces are trying to corrupt nature

In Romans 1, the apostle Paul explains how the unbelieving gentiles were able to observe what was right and wrong based off seeing God's handiwork in the natural world. But the corruption of nature, corruption of what was natural, lead to not being able to discern right from wrong as they have corrupted the very source of this. This highlights why the unbelieving gentiles, who unlike the Hebrews that possessed God's law, need the Savior Jesus Christ. The only way for the unbelieving gentile individuals and societies to be delivered from this is by Jesus Christ, through the leading of His Holy Spirit.

"There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit." - Romans 8:1

"And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God." - Romans 12:2
