Sharing the experience about taking life in the UK test
I've been living in Birmingham for nearly one and a half year already, everything i saw and who i met is absolutely meaningful. All these days, i worked with British and expats for four and a half day. I believed that i can fulfill my worklife balance despite the cost of living in the UK remain high.
Until now, i literally spent more than a month revising life in the UK test questions and thought it would be more difficult to complete this challenge but it turns out it is not that difficult to pass life in the UK test before the official test begin. Although life in the UK test study material needs to be fully read, it is still need to do Life in the UK test online web for a period of time. When i believed that i am confident enough to book the official Life in the UK test, i then chosen for today on 8th July.
When i entered in the test centre, they're expected every candidates to switch off the mobile devices and place all the personal belongings into the locker before the security checks proceed. You need to confirm the name, date of birth and the reason why you take life in the UK test. I then answered them settlement first in front of the official camera. After gone through the confirmation check with my own passport, staff member told me to enter the examination room, each candidates have individual computer to complete life in the UK test questions. You need to answer at least 18 out of 24 questions correct to pass this test before applying Indefinite leave to remain. I literally spent the whole 45 minutes remained on the computer because i marked up some difficult questions and answered the most memorable and the most easiest questions. When i completed all 24 answers, i did not immediately end the test because if i did, you will not have chance to correct the answer if i realised the answer is wrong or not. So therefore, i arranged to completed the whole questions in the first 10 minutes, and then i go through the difficult question over again in the remaining 35 minutes. After confuse around, i thought this test is not satisfied by myself. But eventually, my first attempted to attend life in the UK test is already passed.
