Today I am doing something a little different, I am unboxing a sourdough starter kit. I want to make sourdough bread as I was inspired by Heather from @TheKneadyHomesteader to try and make it.

The sourdough starter kit also includes one dough whisk, one bread lame with replacement blades, one plastic dough scraper, two level tracking fabric bands, two chalk labels, one chalk pen, and one glass pen. All useful sourdough bread accessories.

The bread making kit includes two temperature strips that can read the temperature of your sourdough storage containers at all times. This will ensure you can maintain the perfect temperature while you activate your leaven.

The wide-mouthed, flip-top, glass dough jars can be both airtight, or not airtight, depending if you use the silicone seal.
