Part 2
The National Citizens Inquiry testimony of James Kitchen, a lawyer who gave up his practice because of the covid mandates. He has dealt with charter rights and criminal and administrative law. In his testimony, he gave an excellent analysis of why the courts failed to protect Canadians' rights. He says older judges afraid of covid resigned, retired, or quit, leaving room for brand new judges appointed by the federal government. He also believes there has been a progressive capture of professional regulatory boards in Canada.
James says the public must get involved. The abuse of power leads to dissident of citizens, and those exercising their discretion are led to poverty by cancel culture. He says that during covid, Canada's cultural morality disappeared. Without moral values and ideals, laws have no use in society. Canadians need to act before the government takes more of their rights away.
The covid restrictions and mandates hurt many Canadians. Please listen to their stories.
