This morning I woke up noticeably lethargic. I was woken up by an alarm, usually I wake up naturally prior and use the alarm just as back up. That being said, I still feel pretty good.

This morning I had primarily what I call toxic sludge, which also had some small parts of hard and rubbery mucoid plaque and what appeared to be some pin worms. Like the mucoid plaque, I have deduced the sludge consists of fecal matter from undigestible foods, parasites, mucus, unprocessed emotions, bile, heavy metals and other inorganic waste and poisons, and additionally, other cellular waste.

The sludge I observed today had a greenish tinge, I assume this is stagnant black bile.
Did you know that we have black and yellow bile? During my last fast, I released a whole lot of yellow bile when I broke my fast, which was incredibly hot and acidic, burning when it came out. Interestingly enough, it was also accompanied by a whole lot of yellow stones. As they were not passed via my urinary tract, I assume they were liver stones, which would make sense as they came out with the yellow bile which is produced in the liver.

Detox symptoms I experienced today:
• Lethargy in the morning
• Brain fog
• Heart palpitations
• Gassy gurgling in the stomach
• Dry flaky skin coming off around hairline
• Some food cravings

Tools I used today to combat detox symptoms:
• Enemas
• Oil pulling
• Dry brushing
• Exercise (Pilates)
• Grounding - feet on earth
• Sun bathing + nap
• Breathwork

After applying the tools, I definitely felt better. From my own personal experience, it is so important to find the motivation to push through and achieve self care during times of detox. Enemas are always the first tool I lean on, however light exercise in particular is important as it assists lymphatic flow and reduced detox symptoms immensely. l
