Cluster bombs not a 'game changing' weapon: analyst

Mark Cancian, a senior adviser with the Center for Strategic and International Studies and a retired U.S. Marine Colonel, said the cluster munitions that the U.S. will be sending to Ukraine is not a "game changing" weapon.
