Worst New Anti-Carry Law In The Country Moves Forward, California SB 2.

California has been working on SB 2 for a while now. SB 2 imposes strict guidelines and restrictions on carry in the state with huge fee's, evaluations and training. Not to mention the paperwork and written tests. SB 2 was recently amended and is now moving forward.
