Anterior pelvic tilt is a tricky issue to address. There can be so many contributing factors. However, commonly glute weakness is associated with this posture. I believe, in most cases, strengthening the glutes is part of the solution. Also, juicing up those buns aint gonna hurt! Doing glute bridges this way with the theraband absolutely fires up those cheeks, if you haven’t done it you have to give it a try!
