Welcome to July 2023! It marks one year since the launch of Workday, and we've been continually improving our IT teams' governance and operational effectiveness since the launch. Our focus shifted from deployment to effective prioritization and meeting the evolving needs of our UCF community.

This month, we kick off our IT strategy and forward-planning activities led by Dr. Ron Piccolo. We will examine IT costs, trends, and capabilities with Sean Sullivan. We aim to align our activities and IT spending with our overall strategic goals, ensuring that we drive our strategy forward.
