Pentagon defends sending Ukraine cluster munitions

The Pentagon on Friday (July 7) defended the decision by the United States to send Ukraine widely-banned cluster munitions as part of a security assistance package, a move Kyiv has said would have an "extraordinary psycho-emotional impact" on occupying Russian forces.
