Biden sends CLUSTER BOMBS to Ukraine

As the Ukraine "spring" counteroffensive continues to disappoint, Biden approves sending cluster bombs to Ukraine.

A 15-year old international treaty signed by over 100 countries bans the use of cluster bombs. Surprise surprise, the US, Russia, and Ukraine are not part of that treaty.
