Paul continues his letter explaining his love and concerns over the young church that he had to leave so quickly and prematurely. Satan could have been messing them up! And because Paul is hindered from Visiting by Satan, (isn't that interesting), he sends Timothy. This chapter demonstrates Paul's perspective that early Christians' need for Discipleship and Prayer, and yet also that the Holy spirit is also able to support young Christians when less than optimal conditions for growth are a real limitation. Then Paul ends with such an outstanding blessing prayer for them: 1 thess 3:11-13 ESV "Now may our God and Father himself, and our Lord Jesus, direct our way to you, 12 and may the Lord make you increase and abound in love for one another and for all, as we do for you, 13 so that he may establish your hearts blameless in holiness before our God and Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus with all his saints."
