Transitioning to Independence

While initially working closely with my mentor, I took the initiative to invest in their own education, attending events and bringing back fresh ideas to enhance their wholesale activities. As I assumed more responsibility in running the wholesale business, the transition to independence felt like a natural progression. However, I wished they had received more guidance on rehabbing and new builds, areas where their mentor excelled. Nevertheless, my determination to forge their own path led them to confidently pursue their wholesale endeavors.
