https://nutrientsurvival.com What's up Wolfpack? It's been a little while, I admit it, but I guarantee you that this video is going to be worth it. Unless you get to it quick though, it will be shadow banned and you may not be able to see it. So you've got to help me beat the algorithm. You've got to help me by sharing it or commenting. You know what to do. You know how to beat this thing. And the reason that it's going to be shadow banned is because today I'm talking about government suppression of ideas, specifically conservative ideas and those conservative ideas being suppressed on social media. Now I've said this in the past, that when you have the interference by the DOJ and the FBI happening at social media companies like we saw at Twitter before Elon bought it, and at Facebook as Zuckerberg acknowledged in his congressional testimony, you, the government, are infringing on freedom of the press. You are infringing on freedom of speech. Now it's one thing if you're an independent newspaper or cable news station that's taking a point of view that your listeners are interested in reading or hearing. This is the press. That's how it works. And like our Bill of Rights protects, it invites civil discourse. It invites competing ideas. That is one of the things that makes America great, or at least it used to. Well appropriately, if in case you missed it, appropriately on July 4th, 2023, it was a very good day. Not only because it was the independence of our great nation, but U.S. District Judge Terry Daugherty blocked the federal government from doing more of what we have known all the time. And that is pressuring social media companies to censor protected free speech on their platforms. The case was brought by the state of Missouri against the federal government and the judge overseeing it, this judge issued a restraining order in relation to its dealings with social media companies. The judge issued an injunction on the grounds as he wrote, "The plaintiffs are likely to succeed on the merits in establishing that the government has used its power to silence the opposition." The judge goes on. "Opposition to COVID-19 vaccines, opposition to COVID-19 masking and lockdowns, opposition to the lab leak theory of COVID-19, opposition to the validity of the 2020 election, opposition to President Biden's policies, statements that the Hunter Biden laptop story was true, and opposition to policies of the government officials in power. All were suppressed," Judge Daugherty wrote. He went on. "It is quite telling that each example or category of suppressed speech was conservative in nature. This targeted suppression of conservative ideas is a perfect example of viewpoint discrimination of political speech." I like that, Judge. "Viewpoint discrimination. Now, during the COVID-19 pandemic, a period perhaps best characterized by widespread doubt and uncertainty, the United States government seemed to have assumed a role similar to an Orwellian Ministry of Truth. Well said, Judge. Thank you. On behalf of American freedom, thank you." So, who exactly in the government does this restraining order pertain to? You grab a seat, maybe crack open a cold one. I don't know, but I'm going to tell you. So, get comfortable. First, the Department of Health and Human Services. Next, the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, and specifically, following employees of the HHS and NIAID. Xavier Becerra, secretary of the HHS. Dr. Hugh Auchincloss, director of NIAID. It goes on with a bunch of other people with fancy titles like Digital Engagement Team, and Office of Communication, and director of Digital Engagement, etc., etc., along with their secretaries, directors, administrators, and employees. Next, Surgeon General Vivek H. Murthy, along with another person with a fancy title, chief engagement officer for the Surgeon General, along with her secretaries, directors, administrators, and employees. Next, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, our friends at the CDC, and specifically, a bunch of employees that have fancy titles like Chief of Digital Media Branch of the CDC Division, Social Media Team Leader, Digital Media Branch, Deputy Communications Director, etc., etc. Next, the United States Census Bureau, and specifically, a bunch of employees, including the Senior Advisor for Communications Division, Chief for the Communications, blah, blah, blah, Deputy Director, Census Bureau, Office of the Faith-Based
