Doom Zero (Ultra-Violence Plus 100%) - Map 13: Tease

Map 13 starts out with a rather nasty Shotgunner ambush which can really butcher you with fast monsters enabled. However, the beginning area is chock full of secrets (6 of them in fact) with items to help you stay alive. The end area is even worse, with a horde of revenants and Hell Knights, a horde of Arachnotrons, and finally a horde of Pain Elementals guarding the exit. The Pain Elementals especially are extremely difficult to deal with in fast monster mode.
