Certainly! Here's a recipe for a delicious Eggless Strawberry Dry Cake:

Ingredients:

½ cup +2 tbsp maida
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
1 cup strawberry custard powder
25gm salted butter, softened
2 tbsp powder sugar
¼ cup Milkmaid
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup milk or water as required
¼ cup of fresh tutti-frutti or fresh strawberries (diced)
½ tablespoon maida
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 325°F (170°C). Grease and flour a 6-inch round cake mould.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together maida, baking powder, and baking soda. Set aside.

In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.

add ¼ cup of milkmaid mix it properly then add the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the butter-sugar mixture, alternating with the milk. Begin and end with the dry ingredients, mixing just until combined. Do not overmix.

In a small bowl, toss the fresh tutti-frutti in ½ tablespoon of maida. This helps prevent the tutti-frutti from sinking to the bottom of the cake.

Gently fold the floured tutti-frutti into the cake batter.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan, spreading it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once the cake has cooled, you can optionally dust it with powdered sugar or frost it with your favorite icing. You can also garnish the top with additional fresh strawberries.

Slice and serve the scrumptious Strawberry Dry Cake. Enjoy!

Note: Make sure the strawberries are fresh and not too ripe to prevent excessive moisture in the cake.

Enjoy your homemade Strawberry Dry Cake!
