Ohio State Trooper releases dash and body cam of a DUI suspect that had a 0.308 BAC

This impaired motorist was arrested for OVI by a trooper from the
Lisbon Post in May. The driver tested a 0.308 BAC...that's nearly 4x's the legal limit!
