Joey Logano Doesn't Hold Back in Criticizing NASCAR on Driver Safety: 'A Serious Step Backwards'

This past weekend in Chicago, the Penske driver talked about the safety concerns of drivers, just days after the latest incident when his teammate Ryan Blaney violently crashed into the wall at Nashville and suffered concussion-like symptoms for several days. Noah Gragson already suffered a concussion earlier this season.

Logano didn't sugarcoat what was on his mind, repeatedly saying how NASCAR reacts too slow to issues and candidly admitted the Next Gen car has been a serious step backwards when it comes to safety.
