The summer in the South is rediculously hot! Sometimes, we just need a break from eating, and so a vegetable juice filled with fresh homegrown veg and herbs is just exactly what nature ordered!
This juice went from vine to glass in about 15 minutes, guaranteeing that it was filled with enzymes and nutrients and their highest level of activity...additionally, it was delicious!
