Don’t Ghost Recruiters or Candidates!

There are a lot of job applicants that get ghosted by recruiters. I always try to close the loop on my end so that doesn’t happen.

However, it also works the other way. Job seekers don’t ghost recruiters. The position that we have now may not be the right fit, but there could be something down the road, you just never know.
