Yields: 16 oz

๐Ÿ“ Ingredients

โ–ข 1ย cupย warm water
โ–ข ยฝย cupย fish sauce
โ–ข ยฝย cupย + 2 tablespoon granulated sugar
โ–ข ยฝย cupย lime juiceย freshly squeezed
โ–ข 1-2ย teaspoonย garlic chili pasteย to taste
โ–ข 4ย garlic clovesย minced
โ–ข Thai chilisย chopped (optional)

๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿณ Instructions

1. Prepare the ingredients.ย Mince the garlic and freshly squeeze the lime or lemon juice.โ€จ
2. Mix the ingredients together. In a medium mixing bowl, mix together fish sauce, water, sugar, lime juice, garlic and garlic chili paste until the sugar is dissolved. If you want added heat, add in chopped Thai chilis.โ€จ
3. Serve or Store.ย You can serve this nuoc cham immediately or store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.โ€จ
