Thors Hammer and Big Joe "Mr Motley"
"Thor's Hammer" by Motley Que
Ingredients:
1 large bone-in ribeye steak (about 1 ½ to 2 inches thick)
brisket Fixx
Ivory Heaven
Instructions:
Preheat your BBQ grill to 300F , using our @Drumbo_q
Pat the ribeye steak dry with a paper towel. Generously shake your Brisket Fixx onto the meat
Once the grill is hot, carefully place the Thors Hammer on the grill grate
Close the lid and sear the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness. Adjust the cooking time according to your desired level of doneness. Internal temperature reaches your desired doneness (around 135°F for medium-rare, 145°F for medium).
Remove the steak from the grill coat with ivory heaven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
Slice the steak against the grain into thick, juicy slices.
Serve your Thor's Hammer ribeye steak with your favourite side dishes, such as grilled vegetables, baked potatoes, or a fresh salad.
