Supreme Court said Income Taxes are Unconstitutional

In 1894 Congress attempted to enact an income tax. The Supreme Court said Income Taxes are Unconstitutional. They tried again in 1915 and failed once again.

So, if they didn't get it then, why are we paying taxes?

There is no constitutional basis for attacks on the wages of Americans.

There are NO provisions that require an individual to pay an income tax.

To this very day in 2023, nobody has been able to show that there is a law for income tax.
