PILF President, J. Christian Adams joined WPHT to discuss the Foundation's ongoing litigation with the Pennsylvania Secretary of State to disclose alien voting records. In 2017, the Pennsylvania Secretary of State admitted that foreign nationals had been voting in Commonwealth elections for decades.

Al Schmidt, who was then a member of the Philadelphia city commissioners, demanded action and transparency from the State Department. Now as the Secretary of State, he is in a position to meet his own demands.
