A day after rumours around his death, speculation is rife that Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannu is alive and in hiding. A purported video of the radical Khalistani has surfaced, where he is seen standing outside the UN headquarters in New York. The video is allegedly from July 5th. In the video, Pannun called Sikhs to come out and vote on the Khalistan Referendum and blamed Indian diplomats for the death of his aide Nijjar.
