The analyzer tests the color intensity of the reaction end point at the wavelength of 620nm, the substance concentration is calculated by the reflection coefficient.With the following formula the concentration of low density lipoprotein cholester in (LDL) is calculated, the ratio of TC and HDL can also be calculated. LDL=TC-HDL-TG/5 （mg/dL） or LDL=TC-HDL-TG/2.2 （mmol/L）
