When we think of heaven we generally think of a paradise of natural and architechtural beauty. We also envision being able to eat whatever you want, whenever you want without any mal repercussions. It's these images that inspire the idea of food and tourism as peaceful economic engines. Tourism and all parts of the food industry can support and encourage small business and entrepeneurship and strengthen the domestic economy of every country. You can't outsource the Grand canyon or the Great Wall of China. Nor can you outsource the services and local attractions that are natural satellites of travel and food fare.
We Humans love food way more than we do money. It's a natural fit for us to focus a great deal of our collective TEA (Time Energy & Attention) on all things food.
We also love beauty, culture, atmosphere, music, art and allsorts of gatherings so, again, tourism is an easy pursuit for the Human-we.
"How can we start to bring heaven forth on earth from where we stand right now?"
That's the question I posed and this is part of the answer I received.
peace to us all.
