Zelensky admitted that Kyiv can't even "think of countering Russia in some regions." Zelensky alleged that the West's delay in weapons delivery led to the setbacks. He said that he wanted Ukraine's counteroffensive to start "much earlier." On July 1, NATO gave Ukraine a "10-day ultimatum to prove its might against Russia." NATO "wants" Kyiv to show results so that they can decide on its further requests. However, Ukraine has "terribly failed," and Moscow has even mocked its offensive.
