James Harden Wants Out Of The Philadelphia 76ers

James Harden opted into his contract with the Philadelphia 76ers but it's not because he wants to keep playing for them, its because he is working with the team in order to sign and trade, and with that, his tenure with the 76ers has come to an end which only lasted a year and a half. this is not a good look for James Harden because it makes him look like he is running away from the grind and at this point that saying has become cringe because Damian Lillard says he won't run from the task, but in his case he needs to leave Portland, but James Harden is not in the same boat. It's sad to see what James Harden has become, which is basically a glorified journeyman, which is a far cry from what he used to be, James Harden used to be a premier star in the NBA, he could drop 60-point triple-double and was compared to great scorers like Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan. Now he is no different than Russell Westbrook, both of them jump from team to team in the case of Russell Westbrook the teams aren't willing to keep and James Harden has resorted to jumping from contender to contender in hopes of getting a ring. James Harden forced his way out of Houston and into Brooklyn where he played with Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant for six months before he demanded a trade to the 76ers. He has been with the 76ers for a year and a half and it all culminated in a loss to the Boston Celtics in the second round of the playoffs this year. A playoff series in which the e 76ers could've won but lost in seven games, something which isn't that big of a surprise when you consider James Harden's teammates and coach. James Harden has had a history of coming up short in the playoffs dating back to 2017 Joel Embiid his star teammate and reigning MVP has never made it past the second round and Doc Rivers who was the coach this year has lost 10 games sevens so this bunch has a record of not being able to get the job done and this has resulted in falling apart of this tea.
