Avi Yemeni Is Not telling The Whole Story

I have always had a problem with Avi Yemeni, as he-as far as I am concerned-does not tell the full story when dealing with matters like the unlawful arrest and detention Monica Smit and Mick Patterson, especially (if I remember his name correctly).
Both were unlawfully-and lawfulness, not legality are the essence of these matters-detained and prosecuted, mainly because the Police were acting unlawfully, their actions being dictated by Daniel Andrews, as detailed by Krystal Mitchell, the policewoman who quit the Victorian force because of unlawfulness and other issues she could no longer tolerate. You will find her on the Facebook Discernable podcast-this is a shortened version of her interview:

Why were the Police acting unlawfully? Because a police constable must be his own man and cannot take direction from anyone-if he or she does they are acting unlawfully. This video is from England, but applicable here, I believe, as we are a Commonwealth country:

You will have to make up your own mind.

Serene Teffaha and her AvocateMe law practice's Open Letter to the PM< Scott Morrison, at the time, and all the state Premiers, proves, in great detail, the unlawfulness of the public housing lockdown in Melbourne early in the pandemic.
I believe that the Victorian Legal Services Commission's withdrawal of Teffaha's BAR Association ticket-her licence to practice in the Courts-may well have constituted a perversion of the course of justice:

And, as promised: Why Judges Wear Wigs:

I mention Ian Cook and the Slug Gate scandal in the video. Please see this page for a bunch of videos on Ian's extraordinary matters.
The You Cannot Be Serious video is a must see:

Ian's matters are the most serious thing that has ever happened in Victoria. It is about government corruption on a rather large scale. Ian called Daniel Andrews a crook, emphatically, on a Discernable podcast on Facebook, and also called Brett Sutton a pathological liar-and Ian was never sued over those statements.
This is likely because Ian's 6000+ pages of incontrovertible evidence would prove he was absolutely correct.
About legal and lawful-there is a massive distinction:

If I have forgotten any links I said I would post I will put them in the comments.
But the Judge's wig video will give you a really good giggle-and it is true!!
