The Puppy Laws: Government Legislation
Government Implementation: Socialization & Shelter Dog Neutering
In order to reduce the toll on people, animals & shelter costs across the western world. These 2 rules must be implemented for the advancement of our society. Failure to comply would result in fines.
1. Puppy Socialization: after shots, puppies from 2-8 months must be socialized once per week at either a dog park or a public park set aside for them.
Fine of $10 per week, if not complied with. (a check-in photo proof website could coincide with their weekly playtime. The same site could be involved with a puppy passport.)
2. Mandatory Neutering: ages 8-11 months for any male puppy adopted from a kennel.
In the case of an adoption of a show dog of high breed quality;
a Vet can sign the dog off, as an allowed dog for breeding.
Fine of $1000 if not complied with.
These 2 simple rules, will help stop dog aggression, & the over population of dog shelters.
