Wellness has a lot to do with self control, or in the parlance of the simulation, "self programming." It would be lovely to rewrite the self-help books of the 1980s from the perspective of living within a hologram. They might seem more relevant to those who have lost their way.
Anyway, our wellness scope is very narrow. This way we don't veer too far from the target. So today we talk about the bio-chemical relationship between memories and emotions and how we can keep certain entrained attitudes from ruining our vacations, (holidays).
We've also go the usual Wellness Wednesday line up, with a more accurate weigh-in.
