Philadelphia DA says mass shooting suspect had no connection to victims

Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner told CNN Wednesday that Kimbrady Carriker, the man accused of fatally shooting five people and injuring two others the night of July 3, had no connection to any of the victims and the victims did not appear to have any relation to each other. 40-year-old Carriker was arrested shortly after the shooting in the Kingsessing neighborhood of Philadelphia with a “ghost gun” and a police scanner in his possession.
