Question: If not intensely resistance
training, need protein 30-50g/meal?
-STILL REQUIRE AMINO BOLUS to

2 ways to do this:
-animal protein bolus each meal
-resistance training
Change body composition without
training?
-yes, with protein, but must control
calories then
Resistance exercise more important
than diet according to literature
-need to challenge muscles for growth
Careful of low quality studies on protein...
-needs to be randomized, control trial
