Join us on a road trip through the vibrant streets of El Salvador, where we embarked on a culinary journey to explore the diverse and delicious street food scene. From the bustling markets of San Miguel to the charming villages in the countryside, we discovered the country's rich history and culture through its food.

We tasted savory and sweet pupusas, a traditional Salvadoran dish made with cornmeal and filled with cheese, beans, or meat, from a humble street vendor who had been making them for years. We tried the most delicious ceviche, a refreshing dish made with freshly caught fish, lime juice, cilantro, and diced onions, in a coastal town near Casa del Golfo.

But the journey was not just about the food. We were amazed by the warmth and hospitality of the locals, who were always willing to share their culture and traditions with us. We learned that Salvadoran street food is more than just a meal; it's a reflection of the country's history and traditions. Each dish tells a unique story of the country's past, from the Mayan influence on the use of corn to the Spanish influence on the use of spices.

Our road trip through El Salvador was a journey of discovery, where we not only tasted the best street food but also learned about the country's rich culture and history. If you're ever in El Salvador, we highly recommend taking a similar journey to explore the diverse and delicious street food scene. It's an experience you won't forget.

We are pumped for you to step into the vanlife of your dreams, break free from the norm, and create a positive life full of freedom. We post new videos every week from our tiny home on wheels to share the endless possibilities van life has to offer.

Sending you love, health, and happiness,
