C8 Problems Plague... * PDR Fixed, HVAC broken * 2020 Stingray issues contiinue

More C8 Corvette Stingray issues. I have observed several little problems with the car. I really never cared about most of the problems because there is always going to be something wrong with cars. I thought that I could live with the petty grievances up to this point. Including the PDR module having stopped working and getting replaced. No big deal.

Seriously upsetting and almost to the point of anger, the HVAC has become a major problem. It is leaking. Some work was already done when the PDR was getting fixed. That work did not fix the actual HVAC problem.

I did 3 tests to help diagnose where the WATER LEAK inside the cabin was coming from. Ultimately, the HVAC was not sealed. We have NO idea as to how long the HVAC has been leaking. Seems to have started a "long" time ago. My 3 tests did seriously help us target the HVAC as well as diagnosis from Yellow Jacket Garage (YouTube channel) and Holiday Chevrolet.

HVAC leaking can come from 4 primary things: 1) drin pipe clogged, 2) drin pipe not fastened well, 3) body panels in the "tunnel" not sealed, 4) HVAC is not sealed.
