Asheville, NC during their legendary 2day workshop. In this segment Abraham chooses a hot seater with a question " what about empathy. " Abraham explains that empathy is felt when we are in alignment connected with our source energy. Empathy means a-lot of things to a-lot of people. But the true essence is being able to light your inner light and shine. For example let's say you got into an argument with a family member and it escalated rather quickly to a full fledge verbal assault in which you both are hurt. But you go home you cool off, and you decide I am going to mediate and take care of myself before I do anything else. Okay....you come out of mediation and realize you know what we have that family get together in 2weeks I don't want to have anything weird feeling at the party between me that person. But you come to that conclusion because you taken the higher road and you have empathy not just yourself but for the other person too. So you decide when your feeling your best to contact that person. They sound surprised that you are reaching out, but they confess, you know what " I am sorry, I didn't mean what I said. " And you respond it's okay I didn't get the best sleep the night before and I shouldn't have reacted that way. And the best part is that both you are in good standing in the moment. But you just had empathy for yourself and grew in vibrational terms, because you went to the vortex, and via the vortex you were inspired to call that person. Another thing is that since you are working with this material you have noticed that your " vibrational downs " don't last too long. And so that is an example of seeing the world the eyes of source.
