This is a clip taken from my recent Block 2 Week 4: Comp Squat and Bench Press training session. Full video is on my channel!
This is a current all-time PR, in terms of weight moved for reps with Paused Bench Press. This was supposed to be an RPE 9.5, and it certainly seemed to be about right on the money, lol. I was honestly hoping this would move better/be lower RPE, but I think I just wasn't feeling that strong today, not in the right mindset, and low energy, from many different factors. So not just not an optimal day. Still, A PR is a PR, though! Hoping to blast past my 120 Kgs barrier in the near future 🤘🏻
