Jacob Zuma's case against President Cyril Ramaphosa declared unlawful and set aside

Former President Jacob Zuma’s matter in respect of the current South African President, Cyril Ramaphosa was declared unlawful and has been set aside in the Gauteng High Court in Johannesburg. Zuma accused the president of being an accessory after the fact, after his (Zuma) medical records were allegedly leaked to the media. The matter was brought by the ANC's former president on the eve of the ANC’s national elective conference in December.
