Abseiling In Africa

Abseiling in Sipi falls, located in Kapchorwa, Sebei region. (The land of the Champions) where the best Olympics running champions come from. It’s the Elgon region. mt Elgon is the second highest mountain in Uganda.

This video was captured while I abseiled down 110m high falls.

It’s extremely mind blowing, the splashes of water, the views of the black rocks that are at the bed of the falls, the nature, everything is just the perfect mind therapy you can have.

It spikes your adrenaline levels and takes out the fear in you. Highly motivating and exciting.
