Block 2 Week 4: Comp Squat and Comp Bench Press

Although this was meant to be high RPE, I was to be honest hoping that these would go better, today. Factoring on top of the not ideal squatting circumstances, the gym being busy as hell, forcing me to just go home and do the rest of the session there (my bench feels way better, anyway), feeling tired and low energy, and the numerous other things that went on, this just wasn't my day, lol. Still technically hit some PRs, in terms of most weight lifted for reps, but still was hoping to perform a bit better. Maybe I am just being a little hard on myself. Plus, as I have mentioned before, life has been hectic, and I guess you can't blow it out of the water every single time, right? Anyways, I think I may just stick to doing atleast all of my comp sessions at home, because the public gym just has so many negative factors that make me not perform as well, as at home, and I don't enjoy myself near as much. I mainly only trained here today, because the gym has a leg extension machine, which I obviously don't have at home; which I ended up not even doing anyway, because I just went home, lol. I think I might just do an alternative for leg extensions at home, because I am just sick of doing my big sessions at the public gym. Especially with Squats and Bench Press. I just never perform as well, and it always just feels more awkward, and frustrating.
