Guilty until Proven Innocent?! | Kevin Spacey | Trial Day 4

Today jurors watched police footage of an interview given by the second complainant in the case, a man who says he was sexually assaulted by Kevin Spacey just hours after meeting him at a countryside pub.

During the alleged incident, the Hollywood star told the complainant to "be cool, be cool" as he kissed his neck and grabbed his crotch, the court heard.

The alleged victim told police officers that when he moved Spacey away, saying he "did not bat for that team", the Hollywood actor appeared "panicked".

Spacey, 63, has pleaded not guilty to 12 sexual offence charges relating to four men, which allegedly took place between 2001 and 2013.
