Car rams into pedestrians in Tel Aviv

At least four people were injured when a car careened into pedestrians on a sidewalk in Tel Aviv, Israel. Police spokesman Eli Levi said that the incident was a deliberate attack, and that a civilian shot and killed the driver at the scene.
