This Budget photography gear shootout is a photo shootout for wedding photography with the wedding photography LEGEND, and fellow Canon ambassador photographer Denis Reggie.

I have been following wedding photographer Denis Reggie for at least 25 years, and he is the very reason I aimed and strived to be a Canon Explorer of Light. Denis Reggie shot the Kennedy wedding, Maria Carey's wedding and MANY more famous moments that you've probably already seen.

We're shooting with my VERY first DSLR camera for wedding photography, the Canon 10D (thanks to my friend Marissa who still had hers! http://Heynphotography.com). We paired the Canon EOS 10d with a Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS II USM Lens (that I later found out wasn't working quite right as it was a rental) for a cheap wedding photography gear combo that kept us on our toes and being very grateful by today's camera tech that we are absolutely spoiled by.

This episode is longer, and a bit different from earlier ones as I wanted to give Denis the best similar environment to work in for how he really enjoys photographing wedding - in a reactive position, vs a proactive one, to really be a true wedding photojournalist. Hope you enJoy!
