SHOULD You Expose for Highlight OR Shadows?? (WHICH IS BETTER?)
When shooting natural light photography, there's a bit of talk about if you should exposure for highlights or shadows, in fact, I get this question alllllll the time. Which is better when you don't want to blow out highlights and get an even, natural exposure for natural light portraits? Here's a little example of a family photo session where I did an exposure for highlights and another exposed for the shadows and then edited them in lightroom so you could see the difference.
