Understanding how to use High-Speed Sync Flash Photography can be confusing. Why use high-speed sync for portraits anyway? Here is, for me, why and how to use high-speed sync in portrait photography. HSS photography doesn't have to be a mystery, to me I have a very cut and dry reason I choose to use it. This is NOT about HSS vs ND filters, maybe we'll talk about ND filters in another video.
