A little different than the usual but still find it relaxing and easy to focus with the sound of the waves and the heavenly chanting to go along with it. I use this to start my practice by clearing my mind following steps learnt in the hemisynchronization process ascribed below.

STEPS:
1 - breathe in through the nose thinking of bringing in good clean energy
2 - exhaled through the mouth thinking of expiring dirty negative energy
