Short and sweet video today but heavy cream was on sale and I’ve had “bread & butter” @gunna on repeattt and thought why not show how easyyyy it is to make😇

Literally mix cold heavy cream until solid and liquid (buttermilk) separate; I added flaky salt to my butter and used the buttermilk in my Korean fried chicken tacos marinade which is in my recent previous reels, go check it out🤤
